An EGD Revealed A Hernia Severe Reflux And Inflammation. I

an EGD revealed a hernia severe reflux and inflammation. I have been on Omeprazole for 2 years as well as take 1200 mg Ca per day. I now have Osteoporosis which I believe is from this medicine for this length of time.I do not smoke or consume alcohol as well as watch my diet. I do not have a regular PCP and am a full time RVer . Any help you give will be much appreciated. I'm having increasing distress. thank you.
