any type of exercise makes my legs, mainly hamstrings, knees and lower back hurt badly. An 78 years and have average wear/arthritis in lower back. Slim. Opiates only thing to reduce pain and not happy using these. Have a slightly nonaligned femur due to break 25 years ago. Been to lots of specialists.
