Apparently My Potassium Is High, 5.3 And My Doctor Is

apparently my potassium is high, 5.3 and my doctor is having a problem finding the cause. Could the following medications be the problem........ simvastin, digoxin, ramapril ( dr reduced dosage) metatopril, warfarin, furesermide occasionly, also vitamins C D3 B12 and fish oil. Any suggestions would be appreciated
