are pain contracts absolute zero tolerance agreements? I recently had a discussion with my Dr. in which I was honest and asked her that on bad pain periods can I take an additional dose? She indicate it was alright but beware that I could be short of med at he end. I told her that is what I had done and it was affective. So she increased my daily dosage from three to four. at that same visit I provided a urine sample for drug screening and because there was not any drug in my system because I had run out and was discharged from further care. do I have any recourse. I was honest and up front about what I had done and the test bore that out. What can I do to resolve?? Thank you, respectfully Steven Otto.
