are there any mental and or mood changes in an elderly diabetic patient with congestive heart faiure high blood pressure and now just suffered a major stroke is in recovery at home but now has hemodyalysis treatment? this elderly patient is my mother and i have noticed some signs of depression, cries alot and is slowly losing interest in things she once enjoyed. she is 75
