Around My Stomach Feel Little Bit Heavy And Its Bit

around my stomach feel little bit heavy and its bit difficult to move about for i'm feeling little weary.have the feeling to berp but its llike it don't want to come out but sometimes i do berp and it would give an ease but then soon after its back to the old aabnormal feeling.......what to do?
