As I Got An Electrical Shock While I Was Working

as I got an electrical shock while I was working on my kitchen. I leaned over the counter and my forearm came in contact with a bare wire for 2 to 4 seconds. I now have symptoms of weakness and fatigue in my forearm. Can you tell me if I should seek medical attention or if there is anything I can do to help it? It happened 2 days ago and I thought it would go away.
