As I Have Got Nocturia Since Last Two Months And

as i have got nocturia since last two months and i urine analysis along with urine culture as well as semen analysis alongwith cultures but no bacteria grown and few pus cells is seen and i took levaquin 750 mg antibiotics for 10 days and agaim 500 mg levaquin for two weeks but symptoms has not been gone and giving trouble in night with 3 or 4 times urination as well as mild burning of legs sometimes burning of backside of body. i am not getting proper advice and treatment what to do hoping of better solution...
