Ast Mth I Started Spotting After My Period. It Went

ast mth I started spotting after my period. It went off the 15 and I spotted the 17 that morning when I got up to pee wipe it wS light pink blood and discharge. Then I started to spot this mth wiped the same thing happen only discharge was first wipe again light pink blood.then the next day my period came on and it was 4 days earlie and it was light pink.I been peeing alot stomach getting big nauseous feeling faint.fatigue feeling some movements in my stomach.eatin more than usual. Moodie emotional at times.lower stomach cramps.tubes are tied burnt.whats wrong?
