At The Top Crack Of My Buttock Is A Very

at the top crack of my buttock is a very sore bump under the skin I can't see it. it been there for about 4 days now. my cousin said it had a very small white pimple . looking head on it, but now a day later it's gone. also on the lower part of the crack of my buttocks are 5 facial looking bumps, two with white pimple looking heads, but they are not sore.
