Back In 2007 I Was In A Very Bad Auto

back in 2007 I was in a very bad auto acc.in which I suffered many broken an shattered bones in both arms my left femur was pushed through my hip an my left heel was shattered in three pieces all needed hardwear to repair an I still after 9yrs suffer from nerve pain that keeps my from getting proper sleep,on top of these I have broken all the ribs on my left side turned my left foot 190% backwards an suffered a compression fracture of my L-1 vert.what non narcotic meds could I request from my doc to help me at least be able to sleep .
