Been Feeling A Little Fatigue, And A Little Pain On

been feeling a little fatigue, and a little pain on my right side of chest that shifts towards my back. I have been coughing only in the mornings and yes i am a smoker. This has happened before ionthe past but has gone away. I have these symptoms now for the past week.
