Been Having Acid Reflux,irritable Bowel And A Coated Tongue With

been having acid reflux,irritable bowel and a coated tongue with a bitter taste for a few months. been on many different meds. so far zantac 300mg twice a day seems to help some. I had my gallbladder removed a year ago in oct. Even after have it removed I still cant eat most fat or dairy foods without getting diarrhea. I also take losartan 50mg once a day for blood pressure. I am 5'5 250 pounds. I feel like since gallbladder was removed, food is not digesting correctly. Any suggestions would be helpful.
