Been Taking Pegasus Interferon For Essential Thrombocythemia For 4weeks 180,

been taking Pegasus Interferon for essential thrombocythemia for 4weeks 180, but now my doctor says there's been no change and want to double it to 360 I'm a little concern. Is this recommended? Other sites say I should be on the 180 dosage for 48weeks. What are your thoughts.
