Beginning Of January I Had My Period, Then Less 3

beginning of January i had my period, then less 3 weeks later it started again.. i have had severe pain in left front and back side. then i started 2 weeks later. still in alot of pain, went to doctor for an ultrasound.. he didn't think it was important..i went to urgent care with the pain and found out i have fibriods and cysts on my left side. the last couple of days it have been painful and when i wipe there has been bloody type mucus, then today my period started lightly and it is painful with clotts
