Blood Comes Out Every Morning When I Spit. I Went

blood comes out every morning when i spit. i went to internal medicine doctor and was on medication for 5 days. Blood was not coming till the time i was on medication. I had throat x-ray and chest x-ray. The problem was with only throat x-ray for which medication was done. But now again blood is coming from my mouth every morning even though i donot have cough and all, Please advice if i should get it checked with ENT or Gaestrology doctor.
