Both Arms ,hands(top And Bottom) Numbness, Tingling, And Pain Both

both arms ,hands(top and bottom) numbness, tingling, and pain
both legs,feet (top and bottom), numbness, tingling, and pain
sometimes hurt so bad I can barely walk feel like I am walking on my bones of my feet
pain in my left inguinal area for several weeks getting worse.
taken advil and Tylenol with no relief also turmeric and ginger no relief. please advise..
