Both Kidney Are Normal In Size Measuring 10.3 X 4.2cm

both kidney are normal in size measuring 10.3 x 4.2cm (Right), 10.7 x 4.8cm
(Left) respectively. The right cotico-medullary junctions is thin measuring 5.2mm. Calcification are noted in right upper & middle collecting system, largest 10.2mm. Please interpret this ultrasound result. I wanna know how big is my kidney stone
