brown liquid stool -- 3 or 4 -- almost every morning. no pain, no cramps. some gas. colonoscopy normal. blood work normal. no infections. minimal sugar (1 tsp), minimal dairy (ghee on potato), no grain (except oats) for 4 weeks. still eating one serving meat daily, vegetables (raw salads, cooked fresh veggies, about 3-4 fruits, usually organic. Adding lots of probiotics (mostly krauts, kim chee). No energy.
