C5/c6 Posterior Disc/osteophyte Complex. Per MRI, This Exerts Mild Mass

c5/c6 posterior disc/osteophyte complex.
Per MRI, this exerts mild mass effect on the anterior cord without causing any myelopathic signal change in the cord. There is a focal effacement of the anterior CSF column. The posterior CSF column is widely patent.

I'm with lot of pain - back of my head, neck and shoulders. sometimes arm pain too.
would like to know any Ayurveda treatment??? I don't want a surgery.
