Can A Blood Get Inside A Condom ?or Fluid Get

can a blood get inside a condom ?or fluid get inside a condom?i had sex 5 days before and what i found is little blood in condom and a drop very tiny on the side of condom .but no blood was on my uretahral meatus or anywhere on my penis . but after 3 4 days i can see ,earlier my foreskin do not use to go fully back but now it take time to come back to normal ..so i am very afraid of this situation and i didnot see any blood outside of the condom
