can an Umbilical hernia kill me? and i know its got bigger cause my ex kept me for 6 years and it got bigger and bigger can he wears steel toes boots so he would kick me all over he kicked me so hard and so much he made the hernia when he kicked me and is the hernia suppose to hurt have a lot of pain my email is all lower case letters YYYY@YYYY can the hernia blow up and kill me? and how would i stop the pain
