Can Having Only One Kidney,a Damaged Liver And Only Urinating

can having only one kidney,a damaged liver and only urinating once every two days ,plus taking hydrocodone,seriquile,lisinapril,rimrawl,depacoat,valume, cause me to fail 5 urine test for meth,and amphedamines.would the slow filtration or build up of cemicales or infection in kidney cause this?
