Can I Take This Medication If I Am On Atacand

can i take this medication if i am on atacand although i do not have high blood pressure> it was suggested just because of a family history of heart problems. However, I do have essential tremor and am currently on primodone but it does not help. I thought it might be possible to stop the primidone and the atacand and start on propranol instead as it is the drug of choice for essential tremor
