Can You Change From Savella To Cymbalta Without First Weenning

can you change from savella to cymbalta without first weenning yourself off of savella and taking a 2 day break then start on cymbalta. i sweat something awful and am nausiated from one of my meds and i think it could be savella. i have tried to weene myself off of savella and i just cannot i hurt so bad and overall feel so bad i just don't see how i can take a break from savella to get on cymbalta
