Can You Help? For The Past 4 Months Ive Had

can you help? for the past 4 months ive had a problem that happens in sequence, first i get tiny fluid bubbles under the skin of my finger, then it bubbles under my nail, then my nail goes brown on the sides and detaches, then my skin cracks and this happens one by one on each finger it can be about 2 weeks before it affects another finger, then my nail falls off, fungal nail has been ruled out, (i don't work and i haven't changed any day to day activity's like washing powder etc)
