Can You Help With This Problem And Help Me Decide

can you help with this problem and help me decide if I need to seek medical help.. I had a very bad cold with fever, painful joints and a terrible cough 3 wks ago that lasting 10-12 days of bedrest. the coughing was so hard and constant taking Tylenol for aches and using Mucinex for cough and congestion. During this time I started having a lot of pain under my right ribs at waist level. since then it is now in the back side of my ribs also and very tender and painful when standing or bending. it is a constant ache but at times it takes my breath the pain is so sharp. I am still have a lot of coughing also. I am very familiar with bronchitis as I have had it many times. Any help and advise would be greatly appreciated.. I am female 66 yrs old with history of TIAs HBP peripherial neuropathy. Current meds include plaviz, Hyzaar, Norvasc, Zocor, celexa, flexeril, Lyrica, vit b12, vit D. thank you very much, Carolyn A.
