Can You Please Give Me A Tapering Schedule For Klonopin

can you please give me a tapering schedule for klonopin ( I take 1 mg nightly for about 3-4 yrs) and adderal . I have been prescribed this for 5 months, one 20 mg xr and one 20 mg instant/day.
