Cant Get Hold Of My Doctor.i Have A Stomach Ulcer

cant get hold of my doctor.i have a stomach ulcer being treated,bad constipation,vomiting,can hardly eat,causes vomiting,swelling of legs and feet,kidney stones(sometimes very painful) and have seizures from not being able to keep medicine down from vomiting.feeling very weak can not be left alone. i am 62.feeling worse every day especially real bad for the past week.should i go to the emergency room or what. please help im misserable. thank you.
