Cavity In Back On My Third Tooth To The Right

cavity in back on my third tooth to the right for me mouth twitched just right causing the tooth to go forward and it hurts to put pressure on the tooth and I can feel a heart beat (this has happened 2 times before) and it's been 3 days since the occurrence. I rinsed with salt water do I need to see my local dentist?
