central nervous system or peripheral system.The farmer was driving his truck through the fields when he hit a big ditch. The truck turned over and he flew out.He landed on his bcd,and there was a rock on the ground which ended up hitting his spine at about waist level. HE REPORTED NOT BEING ABLE to feel his legs but he could move them. Doctors determined that he crushed one side to his spinal vertebrae.After his stay at the hospital, he reports that he could feel nothing below the waist but he could move his legs.
