I am 70 and my blood work just completed 3/16 my total cholesteral 212, LDL143 and non HDL 164, HDL 48
is this alamering can I bring it down with diet? I have never had high cholest and honestly I had a some food that moring of the test. Tangerine and rice roll 2hrs before.brent
