Chronic Dry, Hacking Cough, Lasting 4 - 7 Weeks, After

chronic dry, hacking cough, lasting 4 - 7 weeks, after colds & after eating 2 - 3 times per year, starting 25 years ago.... never smoked. Coughs always dry, no fever. What's going on ?
While I can afford the payment, I'm troubled that the news that payment is required--isn't announced at the beginning of the process. Springing it on the participant--me--at the end of the process is, sad to say, disingenuous; doesn't reflect well on partipating MDs, either.
