Condition Started With Severe Left Hip Pain That Led To

condition started with severe left hip pain that led to difficulty walking. over two weeks pain decreased and hip pain is minimal. As hip pain decreased, cramps in left lower leg and left forearm began. Cramps are periodic and don't respond to pain killers. General weakness in left arm and legs continues. Also have a chronic cough that comes and goes for last 3 months.
