Currently My Wife's Psychiatrist Is On Vacation.. She Has PTSD,

currently my wife's psychiatrist is on vacation.. She has PTSD, complicated grief disorder, depression and recently had oral surgery that hurt so bad she was prescribed oxycodone 10/325 4 times per day for about a month... Her current meds are as follows Alprazolam 1mg three times per day, Bupropion HCL 150 mg - 3 per day, Cymbalta 60 mg - 2per day..
I'm now detoxing her off the oxycodone and she's losing her memory to the point of not knowing her name and her motor skills are very comprimized .. She also loses her balance and falls a lot .. Is this normal during her detoxification period ?
