daily occurrences of blood pressure elevations, ie, 160/85; but more often blood pressure drops ie, 110/60. Taking RX 20 mg Lisnopril and 10 mg Amlodipine Besylate. Usually one each day depending upon BP level. Experiencing NOW mild sensation washing through body in both lows and highs but mild sense of pressure or tightening in chest but more like I need to concentrate on breathing with elevated pressure.
Male 5'9", 155# 73 years old. Healthy diet. Water aerobics or walking 3 or 4 times weekly.
