Daily When I Have My Regular BM, I Am Flaccid

daily when I have my regular BM, I am flaccid with my penis, but I discharge a large precum in the toilet stool as well. Sex life is great with wife and there seems to be plenty of precum to go around. Just wondering if this is normal or I should I get it checked out? Please advise.
