Day Before Yesterday My Right Hand Was Paining I Thought

day before yesterday my right hand was paining i thought it was just like this .But in evening my left hand started paining at the same place & i felt like my vessels have swell up ...pain grew stronger so i went to emergency and there one doctor gave me an pain killer injection &two tablets and asked me to go to neuro doctor.there he told me that this is all because of anxiety...do please give your suggestion
