Dear Doctor, My Dad Is Having A Diabetes. And Yesterday

dear Doctor, my dad is having a diabetes. and yesterday and last night he didn't eat really much. he only ate a half of fried rice for lunch and a bit of fried noodles last night. this morning at 4, he woke up saying that he had a dizziness and I gave him his insulin injection plus with warm milk and oat. nothing change, then I gave him his morning medicines and he ate 2 half boiled eggs and he throw it out. then I rubbed his back with a balm and he threw out again. his sugar results hasn't showed that he's having an hypos. his stomach can't accept any food, soon he will throw it out. until now, at 341 PM he's still having the dizziness plus he was shaking and black out (fainted in a seconds) please help me.
