Dear Doctor, I Am 27 Year Old. But My Beard

dear doctor, i am 27 year old. but my beard were got white color. that means only few beard hairs around 10 hairs only got white color. i dont know what is the reason for that? how can i control this? and how can i control the spreading? and i have lot of white hair on my head... how can i ... control.. please
