dear doctor, im 26 male from india. im so confused and stressed. my encounter was unprotected insertive oral with csw.( she gave me a blow, lasting for few seconds) i dont have any cuts in my penis. and protected anal for few minutes.
my symptoms
* after 1 week i got some mild itchy white rashes on my stomach and hip. it was lasting around 3 weeks and gone after i use " keto" soap.
* after 4weeks i suddenly suffer with loss of appetite ( lasting for 10 days) but no fever, no vomiting
* after 5 weeks watery stool for 1day,but i dont know whether it is diarrhea or not,
* after 6 weeks small non itchy red spot very mild raised on my hand and leg and thigh, ( few numbers) and skin color change and mild black spot on back and some in leg .
and some mucucs in stool, and next day i saw some pin worms ( small worms) it was alive in stool.
i have done following test :
5 weeks elisa hiv1, hiv2 = non reactive value 0.090 ( postive >0.290)
VDRL for syphilis non reactive
6 weeks elisa hiv1 and hiv 2 = non reactive value 0.070 ( postive >0.290)
and EDTA PLASMA HIV-RNA QUALITATIVE PCR assay for hiv1 it came back " NOT DETECTED "
8 weeks anti hiv ag/ ab by cmia method =non reactive value 0.11 (postive >= 1.00)
10 weeks TRI dot test hiv 1 and hiv 2 = non reactive
i know 3 months test will be a considered one, but im so worried about my symptoms , ( i lost around 3 kg in 2 months becaz it may be a reason that i didnot take enough food) and worried about later sero conversion and hiv 2 !. kindly helpme what is the window for hiv 2 ? i have mild mitral valve prolapse could it affect my immune systoms? / antibody production / test results? otherwise im not on any medication. i take one albendazol 400 mg only one doze for my pinworms. otherwise i dont have any medication. i hv been smoking for 7 years , and occasionaly consume small quantity of alcohol . can those things causes dealyed antibody production?
Thank you so much in advance , kindly help me
