Dear Doctor,i Am Suffering From Fibroid Uterus,and The Largest One

dear doctor,i am suffering from fibroid uterus,and the largest one among the three is measured 7.6x6.7cms shown in MRI scan.i have been using primolute n 3 times daily .its been 7 months i am using primolute.now my doctor advised me for hysterectomy.how long can i use primolute to prevent heavy bleeding?any way to avoid a surgery?
