Dear Dr, My Husband Passed Away On 9/10/2014 With Plain

dear dr, My husband passed away on 9/10/2014 with plain coloured bubles from his nose.He was having very bad cough and that was something significant i saw on him on that particular day eventhough he is suffering from diabetics,hypertension and short-term memory loss due to stroke.plz advice what would be the reason for his death
