Dear Sir I Am 23 Years Old But Still No

dear sir i am 23 years old but still no beard comes on my face..and one major problem with me is my left side of my face is bigger than my right side which feels me very uncomfortable pls suggest me how can i get a symmetrical face by any cause..i have attached a pic u can see my face in pic.
