Dear Sir/mam, My Brother Who Is 25 Years Old Had

dear sir/mam, my brother who is 25 years old had a large hole in his right ear and doctor had advised him to do surgery to cure his eardrum hole but 8 years before he had undergone into two ear surgery in his left ear and the result was not good due which he had lost his hearing in his left ear...now he had again problem with his right ear so my parents are too worried to hve any surgeries in his right ear.....so could you suggest him any solution to cure the hole in his right ear without any surgeries.....please help him out out of this problem.....
