Dear Sir My Blood Group Was B Positive And My

dear sir my blood group was b positive and my wife blood group is b negative. before five months back my marriage was completed. After 3 months my wife was positive pregnancy. After conform the pregnancy on third month the doctor suggesting Abortion because of the fetal growth was not good.
Please give me the suggestion to avoid this probe lam ,
