dear sir , my daughter is 11yrs. 3 months before a bite with her. There is a small scratch but it is not a bloodwound, she did'nt take a vaccine. now she is fit and fine but dog is death 2 days ago. Now she is very afraid. She wan't to take a vaccine. it is effective or not
