Dear Sir, My Mother Is Detected With Good Postures Syndrome

dear sir,
my mother is detected with good postures syndrome (anca positive anti gbm antibody positive)anca associated vasculitis and rapidly progressive glomerulonethritis by dr jayanta basu at woodlands hospital, kolkata.
her serum creatine reading is rapidly increaseing. her reading was 2.1 and it jumped to 7.3 within a span of 4 to 5 days even after detecting her with some high dose steroids like solumedrol and endoxan (750 mg) to arrest the infections. but these steroids are reduceing her urineation and hence huge increase in uria and creatine. now the doctor is suggesting for immediate dialysis followed by plasmophoresis. but even after this he isnt ensureing me with positive result.
