dear sir, my neurologist had prescribed the paroxetine hydrocloride 12.5 and half in morning and 1 tablet in night, i request you kindly let me know i could take paracetamol +flatuence combined tab to stop head stress and stress on circumference of my head. stress is not a pain but it feels like mucsle rigidness
