Dengue Fever Since October 1st Joined With 103 Temp And

dengue fever since October 1st joined with 103 temp and semi conscious. now platelet count 70000...patient 99 temp and controlled....can urinate and taking lots of fluids....but mouth full with bristles and so unable to consume food of any sought. patient coherent and alert...please suggest is it a cause of alarm...with low platelet count....it was 1.2 lakh....88000 and now 70000
